Influence & Persuasion
2 Hours Dual CLE
When we talk about influence and persuasion, we often talk about marketing and sales. However, we influence in many ways and with great frequency. If you want your child to help out around the house, you usually need to persuade them. If you want to convince your spouse or partner to adopt a change, help your co-workers make choices, or choose the best place for lunch, influencing and persuasion are taking place.
In the context of human interaction, and interpersonal conflict, we will compare and contrast how and why we use influence and persuasion.
